What is job shadowing under Erasmus+?

Job shadowing is a professional development activity under Erasmus+ Key Action 1 that allows teachers, school staff, and educators to observe and learn from their peers in an educational institution abroad. It offers valuable insights into teaching practices, classroom management, school leadership, and educational systems in other countries.

1. Matching with a suitable host institution
2. Preparing the learning agreement
3. Organizing schedules and meetings
4. Offering logistical support for accommodation, transport, and local guidance
5. Providing certificates of participation

Does Erasmus+ cover job shadowing expenses?
